The estate is reportedly worth between $400 million and $500 million, according to a 2020 report by Rolling Stone. And, per a 2022 court filing in Lisa Marie's divorce, she earned seven figures from the estate every year. However, in May 2024, CNN reported that Riley is legally fighting for the estate as a company by the name of Naussany Investments & Private Lending LLC is attempting to foreclose a sale on Graceland.

According to court docs obtained by CNN, the company (which seemingly "does not exist," BTW) presented documents that allegedly showed that Lisa Marie had borrowed $3.8 million from them and "gave a deed of trust encumbering Graceland as security."
