Things are heating up in the Big Brother house, with three weeks down and three to go. The tea has been hot and the drama has been spicy, with one housemate in particular involved in it all: Paul. But who actually is Paul, and what do you need to know about him?
So far, Paul hasn't been up for eviction, after successfully avoiding receiving the most nominations from his fellow housemates. He is one of 13 contestants who are currently locked in the house and in with the chance of winning a huge cash prize. The contestant has taken centre stage on a number of occasions, not least for his flirtationship with fellow contestant Olivia.

Paul, who works as a security officer, is from Liverpool and lives with his grandfather. "Me and my granddad are very close," he said.

So, despite fans spotting a potential romance brewing between him and his fellow housemate, Olivia, evictee Zak revealed Paul has a girlfriend on the outside world – and apparently, she looks just like Olivia.
“I feel like they do have a little flirt here and there, but Olivia knows Paul’s got a girlfriend, so she’s taking a step back," he told Heat World. "But I do know if Paul was single in there, he’d definitely be all over her like boyfriend and girlfriend."

On joining Big Brother, Paul said: "I just always watched it with my mum and everyone said I should apply, so I did and now I’m here. Go on a holiday, put a deposit down on a house and probably invest some of it," he said on what he would do with the prize money.

Paul from Big Brother has been at the centre of a little bit of drama, not least down to his flirtationship with Olivia. He also won the kissing challenge, alongside Hallie, which saw the housemates show off their best kissing techniques on a plastic screen in the diary room.
At one point, he also fell out with Trish, after she mentioned how he sometimes kept her up at night. Paul replied, "Can I just say, you haven’t come to a luxury holiday resort, you’ve come to the Big Brother House and this is what’s going to happen.”
“I don’t go to bed at home til about three in the morning and I am a hyperactive person. I’m not going to just go to bed early and if you can’t handle that then you’re in the wrong place. Nobody’s got any hierarchy apart from Big Brother."
