Canyon Ranch Spa

Location: Venetian/Palazzo

Canyon Ranch needs no introduction, and at more than 130,000 square feet, this particular outpost is one of the largest spas in the whole damn world. There’s a climbing wall, a dedicated Peloton area, multiple spaces for daily yoga and fitness classes, and a huge wing with rooms for individual and couples treatments. The spa, which spans the Venetian and Palazzo hotels, is also adjacent to Truth & Tonic, Vegas’s oldest plant-based restaurant.

Sahra Spa

Location: The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas

This spa is small by Vegas standards, but it’s home to one of the town’s only hammams (aka a Turkish-style steam bath). The hammam at Sahra is a special room that includes a giant heated stone slab, two whirlpools, and stone loungers. The experience combines body detoxification, steam treatments, and a cooling bath. One of the signature treatments includes time in the hammam, a clay masque, and a massage. Sounds like a nice way to spend the afternoon, don’t ya think?

Qua Baths & Spa

Location: Caesars Palace

If you want to go all E-X-T-R-A when you go to the spa in Vegas, book yourself a treatment at this wellness hotspot, which takes inspiration from the opulence of ancient Roman baths. In addition to its classic OTT features (think ornate statues and multiple waterfalls), there are also two special features: the freezing-cold Arctic Ice room, where the forecast is always snow (literally, tiny chunks of ice fall from the ceiling), and the Laconium Room, which is a cross between a steam room and a sauna, where guests can get blasted with dry heat to help detoxify.

REVIV Wellness

Location: MGM Grand

It wouldn’t be a Vegas vacay if you didn’t end up hungover, and fortunately, this spa knows its audience. REVIV prides itself on elective hydration and vitamin and nutrient therapy, i.e., all the things your body needs when you went a little too hard the night before. Take advantage of its five different hydrating intravenous infusions plus four different energy and wellness booster shots, and you’ll leave feeling like you maybe didn’t chug a bunch of margs a mere 12 hours before.

Awana Spa & Wellness

Location: Resorts World

To be clear, this spa is decorated with neon nightclub-style lighting, so yeah, it can feel a little more charged than chill. That said, you are in Vegas, so you may as well lean in! Two treatments in particular will help you do just that: The Fountain of Youth passport, which gives you three hours of access to six different vitality pools, cool mist showers, and a rain walk and the Aufguss experience, an interactive treatment room that directs hot and scented steam toward you in rhythm with music and nightclub-style lighting.

If you’re in Vegas for a big group celebration, like a bachelorette or a reunion trip, this spot’s gotta be on your radar, as they offer a special “spa’rty” coordinator to organize itineraries for larger groups. Aside from that perk, though, Red Rock also offers a full menu of treatments and services (including facials from cult-favorite beauty brand BABOR), a variety of fitness classes, and even nutritional consulting if you want to use your trip to dive deeper into your health.

The Spa at Wynn

There are dozens of signature treatments at this over-the-top, ornate spa, but the one that feels most appropriate for a trip to Vegas is the Good Luck Ritual, which features a peppermint foot scrub, an ultra-moisturizing hand therapy, and a botanical scalp treatment (good luck itself, unfortunately, is not included). And if you’re traveling with a guy who wants to look gooooood for a night out, send him to the spa’s salon, which is part of the operation and remains one of the only Strip-side spots with a master barber program (think haircuts and flat-razor shaves) for men.

While this luxurious spa has all sorts of incredible offerings, it’s become especially famous for elaborate couples treatments that incorporate scalp rubs, foot massages, and more. If you’re wellness-ing solo, try the hydration wrap, where you spend a good hour wrapped up in a cocoon, or one of the foot services, each of which include some form of exfoliation.

The Spa at Aria

This large self-care oasis offers a whole slew of treatments that range from the relaxing to the, well, very high-tech. The on-site Kalogie Medspa, for example, offers IV infusions, B12 injections, dermal fillers, and other medical treatments (all administered by licensed professionals, don’t worry). For a more calming vibe, try the signature Ashiatsu treatment that combines Shiatsu and Swedish techniques on the back, neck, shoulders, and feet.
